**How much does Hallway Test cost?**
Your first usability test is free in exchange for a 30-minute feedback call. After public launch, the planned price is $29 per test.

**Is there a subscription or a minimum commitment?**
No. There are no subscriptions, tiers or packages. Each test covers one product flow with one fresh in-house tester.

**What does one test include?**
One product flow tested by a fresh in-house tester with B2+ English, for up to 30 minutes. You get the screen recording, webcam reaction, voice think-aloud and a timestamped transcript, delivered into your agent's context.

**Who analyzes the session, and who pays for it?**
Your coding agent. Hallway Test hands it the recording, the click log, the transcript, screenshots and console logs, with instructions on how to find friction points. The analysis runs in your own Claude Code, Cursor or Codex session and uses your agent's tokens, on your subscription or API key, like any other task. Hallway Test does not charge for it.

**Do I need a credit card for the pilot?**
No. The pilot is free and needs no card. We only collect payment after showing a clear payment step that you authorize.
